This number is Lifeline 24. Very important if you have a frail relative who have been issued fall alarms etc. If they have registered your number with them, they will call you on the list they have if any alarm goes off and they can't get hold of your frail relative. So if you know you're on the list (for your elderly mom/dad for example) then add this number to your phone. It is not a Scam number.
