rough voice called about window replacements. When I said I ws still in the sold subject to contract stage and not yet in the house he abruptly said he could not deal with me and I should call again when i had the keys. He didnt wait for me to reply but just ended the call. then I heard him talking to his mate, sounded very dodgy. wouldnt want to deal with them. very unprofessional.
