Similar to the experience of that other person above - - I was told that a small sum of money, and then £1,100 had been taken from my bank via my Visa card. (The name "Tesco" was mentioned in the conversation, but I struggled to understand his foreign accent).

Scam pretending that my Visa card had a £200 Tesco spend and then £700 at London Stock Exchange, and to press 1 if these spends are false. Whole thing is a scam, I don't have a Visa card!
Amateurish credit card scam.
Incomplete voicemail message from automated voice saying '... £100 on Tesco card and £700 Royal London. Press 1 to speak to our customer support staff' or something similar. As other person just reported, clearly fictitious and a very obvious attempt to scam people.
