A Strong Indian accent. Guy said he was from council maintenance tem. Asked if I had any problems with our property, that needed fixing. I Cut him off.

Long pours then started talking as if reading from a script about damp and other building issues the council should fix but didn't even consider what property i liv in or Owen before i managed to interrupt his speech.?

This number called, said suspected Spam so answered to have a laugh. Answered and they said they're calling regarding building maintenance on behalf of the Council. Asked of any problems with damp, mould, cracks. Couldn't name my Landlord other than the Council or Housing Association. Couldn't give my name or address, and soon after ended.... So rude when I wanted to continue wasting his time at my expense
