Caller with Liverpool accent saying he was from DEG Ltd, claimed I'd been sent two letters, said they had proof from the sorting office that the letters had been delivered. Wanted me to pay £2,000+ for PPI commission refund. Wouldn't supply a reference number unless I signed up to a payment plan. Said he could see he was getting no where with the call, and ended the call saying bailiffs would be calling to get full payment or take goods to the value of.

Fraudulent scam call as far as I am concerned. Contacted me from PPI commission (never heard of them) claiming they were sending bailiffs to seize my property for a £1500 debt owed to a PPI reclaim company for claiming back my PPI. Called saying it was a Barclaycard claim but when asked when from they said 2020, my PPI was claimed back about 7-8 years ago. Also had me living at an old address from many years ago. I asked for proof to be sent to my email address and I’m still waiting for it. Don’t be fooled by these pond scum scammers.

PPI commission debt collector threatening to send bailiffs round for non payment of commission from a mint card ppi claim that was made years ago. Liverpool accent, sent several letters apparently, total fabrication.
