Got a call from this number today, Call Protect blocked the call so probably some low life scammer. Strangely I got a call from a very similar Cannock Staffs number 01543 648 428 on 21 April. Probably same bunch of low life's using VOIP from VOXBONE SA which I understand to be in Belgium or South Africa and is well known for selling services to scammers based in SE Asia

Someone use different numbers and phone daily - never leave messages, usually you might hear 'wait while I connect' before disconnecting. Has been calling for nearly a year now.
