The person that called me from this number today, started the call by practically shouting down the phone all my personal information, my name, address postcode, which is worrying, then started speaking about Aviva insurance, when I replied that I couldn't really talk as I was at work she hung up on me. Very rude IF it was a genuine customer service rep, but I really don't think it was.

Came up as Keith, Scotland on my phone yesterday at 6:30PM. I called him back today, he claimed to be from my life insurance company, going on about life expectancy and asking for me to update my personal information. He said that he was from Axa who are affiliated with a wide variety of insurance companies, I use Axa for my home insurance, only, when I challenged him he then had the gaul to ask who I was with, and then managed to tried to link them to Axa. I said I wouldn’t give my bank details to someone calling from Barclay’s. Said for them to send me a letter and I will contact them back in response, and then he just hung up on me. Let’s see if I get a letter from my life insurance company, I highly doubt it though.
