After 20 rings, I picked up without speaking. They disconnected

Robo call: Female Australian voice saying name after slight delay, didn't long enough to hear what is was trying to sell

Female computer voice, calling about damp proofing, asking automated questions..... had scam written all over it. END CALL AND BLOCK NUMBER.

Jackie called this time.Answered the call to find out what they were using as a subject this time. Did the "no need to worry" line regarding "damp". Trying to get bank details.

Jane, Jackie, Janet, all the same person. "Sorry to trouble you, no need to worry" NO NEED TO WORRY????? This really sounds like a real person calling but it's a machine waiting for your initial yes/no response when asked if you are a home owner. I said "who's calling", no reply, "who's calling" again no reply, "who's calling" the machine disconnected. Never say yes, if you do actually speak to a real person, tell them you live in a new apartment. Or, as someone else said, continue with the call and arrange for a visit ...... but give them the address of your local police station :-))))

Phone rang and I picked up, call then disconnected.
