A Genuine Phone call from this Company to organise a Siemens engineer to call to hopefully repair our washing machine. This a follow up to an email sent by me to Siemens. a couple of days ago. A very helpful young woman saved me some worries by setting up a an extended Dom & Gen insurance warranty which unusually for such a thing will very likely save me some money and she also arranged an engineer to call in two days time. A good experience.

This is a genuine number from Kettering, BSH Home Appliances, the company that organises engineer appointments for repairs to Bosch appliances. They called me and then I called them back having read the comments on here so can verify that number is genuine and safe. (July 2021)
