You guys got lucky, I got heavy breathing and a TV or radio in the background before I hung up due to no actual conversation.
Said they were with EE and that they needed to send me a new sim but first they needed to confirm my contact details. I just said "I dont even have an account with you" and they hung up.
As for my details and said he was from virgin and as I was a good customer he had a deal for me I knew it was a scam as I have never been a virgin customer I hung up
Pretended to be from Virgin / O2 offering discount for being a good customer and paying my bills on time. Told me they were sending out a SIM and started asking for personal details to verify who I was. I hung up and started receiving multiple calls from different numbers. All now blocked including this one.
Classics delayed connection to get into the call centre. Then a handler who didn’t know what to say…
