Yet another 'you've had an accident in the last 3 years' scam. I reply with 'remove my details from your database, I'm ex-directory and by storing them, you're breaching Data protection laws and I'll sue your company if you call again' Not sure if it's an effective response, there's so many of these so-called claims companies in existence, when one stops calling, another takes its place!
