Claim to be Sky offering new 12 month contract at same price and broadband. Asked how "How are you today sir", I answered "not very well", he said " good". Supervisor called after I said they would need to speak to my carer. Wouldn't listen to anything I said, just kept on about broadband. All Indian/Asian voices. Had similar worded calls in past.
