A foreign-sounding man offering loft insulation surveys! He stated that he wasn't trying to sell anything, but was insistent that I have my loft insulation inspected. He wouldn't accept that I wasn't interested, and I eventually hung up on him. I received two more phone calls from the same area code, and I suspected they were from the same caller, so I didn't answer. These numbers were 01514537172 and 01514534108.
