Claimed to be HSBC about our insurance policy and wanted to talk about inheritance taxes. I advised them HSBC don’t call clients and to go and annoy someone else

Said it was a credit enforcement department as i wasnt managing to pay my debts. They advised it was for my utility bills but i dont have any utility bills..
