checke the number for a friend and when called said for life insurance. They must have a database of numbers and names as I wasn't the one they called but they still id me from the phone number. Number blocked and reported to cyber crime unit.

Wanted to talk about "life insurance". She knew me by name, so I must be on some kind of database as she called me on my mobile, which I don't think is publicly available. As soon as she asked if I hade life insurance, I simply said "no thanks" and hung up. My provider '3 Network' flagged it as "potential fraud" when the phone started ringing. Number now blocked.
