I picked up the call that was an automated message. They said there had been 2 amounts of money that were requested from my visa account. So I pressed 2 to talk to an operator. They wanted to know my full name and date of birth. When I told them I was concerned about giving this information and to confirm a number I could call back to, they cut the call! This number seems to be used by scammers!

I received an automated message informing me that an amount being paid to Amazon and a much larger amount of money being transferred from my bank account. They did not state which bank account or name. It stated that I had to press 1 to authorise and 2 to cancel payments.
