Managed to finally get full fibre installed for me, about time. Had to renew my bt business contract for a few years to do so but they did manage to waive the install costs so cant complain about that

Helped get me full fibre with BT, had to renew my bt business contract to do so but overall fairly happy, nice guy said he would call again next year to try get the cost down for me also

Claimed to work for BT but had no knowledge of our BT account. Claimed he wasn't selling anything, but started asking lots of questions. Blocked but he called again on a different number.
