From Three network saying that Vodafone and Three have merged together and I need a new SIM as I'm using an 'old version'. Didn't ask my name but wanted me to confirm postcode. When challenged about why my name wasn't asked, it was if she couldn't understand English anymore and kept repeating herself rather than answering the question. Absolute scam. Avoid interaction

Scammers pretending to be Three Hutchinson, they con you into clicking on the link in the email they send which gives them your password and details of your account, 2 days later a new iphone 17 gets delivered to your address at the same time you get a call from the Three scammers saying it's been delivered to you by mistake and telling you to return it to the address that they then give you. They get a new iphone and you pay for it.... Nice ehh?

Pretending to be from Three mobile saying I'm a valued customer and now eligible for a 40% discount off future bills, didn't know my name, account number or how much by bill is, have me some bollocks why he didn't know, I asked why they didn't send a notification to my mobile app? But more bollocks, phone 3 on 500 and they confirmed it is a scam. Don't click on any link they send via email!!
