Called twice about sky services going down and need to upgrade me to a 5G sim. Sounded like they were in a very loud call centre and as a result we’re pretty shouty. Not great command of English. Very likely to be a scam

Said his name was Ben and my sim was needing updated in the next 24hrs. I said no and hung up.
