They said something about EE pretty bad English accent so difficult to understand and kids shouting in the background I hung up

Busy Indian call centre did not answer left a voice mail as I have screen calling on.

Very noisy call centre, strong indian accent & poorvline quality. Claimed a new 5g sim was going to be sent to my address. Asked me to hold - I closed the call. They rang me back immediately but I let the call ring out without answering.

Pretending to be EE - Sim renewal - proper scammers who have all your correct information.

Clearly a noisy packed foreign call centre and NOT EE. So obviously a scam claiming EE is closing down and everything is going to be turned off.

Claimed to be from EE. Clearly are not. Read number back to me to make it seem as if they were from accounts, but obviously phishing for info.

Said from ee and my sim card was going to be cancelled in 3-4 days as they are having so many complaints about the network not working well and 5g being better. Asked how my signal had been and said they were passing me through to their supervisor. I hung up and they tried calling back another 3 times. I answered once more to say to stop calling me and she did the whole talk again about being from ee and not knowing she had literally just called me. I got the vibe it was some kind of scam

said they were from ee - they accessed my email address whilst i was on the call after i'd provided my email address and they added theirs on as new security retrieval one, asking to send out new sim cards but didnt know my provider. had my postal address.

Told me they are from EE and are going to cancwl my sim card. Im not even with EE. Very strong indian accent could hardly understand her
