rings me on average 3 times a day, my phone has a blocker so it only rings once then the phone cancels the call.
Didn't answer it, has rang twice so far in 3 days, checked comments on this site, makes sense that it could be car/van insurance as i registeted on a price comparison site recently. Have blocked number.
