Over the past two weeks and several times day and even weekends I keep getting calls from no number but just Hitchin displayed on screen. If I don't know the caller I just ignor it. Well it's just one of them days. Well I answered it. Said hello and waited a good few seconds like it was going to be transferred. Then I get a voice hello it that ?. I just said who are you?. EE she said and can you confirm your day of birth and email or home address?. Why I said. To confirm you are ?. I said j don't needed to confirm anything. You rang me and I not with EE or who you are trying to contact and I am going to report this to the police and get them to look in to this?. My partner has had the same call with no number just Hitchin and also just ignored it and we are both not with EE. We have also people call from other numbers. And looking on this website some of them appear here. Like the ones say they are from charity's. What low lifes. Thanks for the information on this website.👍😁
Call from 01462704863. Call company on behalf of St John's Ambulance asking if I'd like to increase my donation. I only started a monthly donation to them 1 month ago. Not incredibly happy with that, but they do seem to be legit.
Un-bloody-believable! After yesterday`s carry-on, they rang again half an hour ago - said they were "unaware of your Dad`s death". Words not express my opinion of this bunch of b******s at present.
Had 3 calls from this lot today .... 2 as blank messages on my machine. The 3rd I answered and they asked to speak to my father. "Bit difficult", I told them, "as he passed away May last year". They asked why the Direct Debit he`d had set up with them had been cancelled and again I explained it was because my father had passed away. They then asked if I`d consider giving. Errmmmm ...nope.
It's St Johns Ambulance. I signed up in the street & they offered me to cancel if I wasn't happy. The lady was really nice & helpful. If you don't want them to pester you after cancelling, just let them know. My friend did it & they were great: left her alone & sent a thank you letter, that was it.
I recently stopped a direct debit to St John's ambulance because of a change in my financial status and I can't afford to give them money each month. Now they won't stop calling me. Incredibly annoying and I daren't answer the calls as I might start shouting at someone!
Incredible annoying. Keep on receiving calls from them on a daily basis. Only ring once. If you call back they say it's a charity service and you can call a different number. Total scam
