It's a company ringing on behalf of action aid for people who have requested the free cross stitch. Will ask you to sign up to donate a monthly ammount of £3-£10 but I simply stated that I couldn't afford to donate anything regularly due to being on a very low income and they were ok with that and just asked if they could reach me via email/phone/text about upcoming campaigns
