Rude woman, hadn't realised I'd answered the phone and she continued her conversation with someone, swearing while chatting. She asked for my surname, I said 'yes speaking' she laughed at me and said 'no I want Mr' when I asked where she's calling from she said 'legal advice team' and hung up. Whether real or not she's so unprofessional I'd have told her where to go if she'd given me the chance.
