sales call. if they don't leave a message, i delete the number .
Cold call, said from BT. Tried to get me to change contract, when I said no they claimed that at the end of the current contract the service would be terminated and I would have to ring them to reconnect which is a load of nonsense. Very odd phone call, put the phone down.
did not answer, call me on mobile once or twice a week. they do not ring home phone or email. so i ignore.
My contract was ending soon with BT broadband and they could possibly give me a better price for my landline and broadband.
Skeptical at first but was a genuine BT call to recontract me
They have called a few times over the last week, I say hello and it goes off.
They have called a few times over the last week, I say hello and it goes off. Doesn't seem legit to me
Cold Call on mobile said they were from BT (thought BT never call you direct) regarding Broadband coming to end of contract (not correct). Ended the call curious about phone number they were calling from as not the mobile provider.
Yeah i checked they are a sales team who subcontractor for BT but maybe not looking to get you a good deal more like a sale for them, I called BT and the advice i got is you'll probably get a better deal from BT themselves not a subcontractor but absolutely nothing dangerous about them.
BT called me tellign me I could look at deals for broadband, I'm few months before the end so talked and they made my broadband couple pounds cheaper, got all the emails and looks official
