Called me half hour ago and asked for my 11 year old grandson by his name!!

Scam very offensive when you tell them your not interested

Very rude lady saying she was going to compare my insurance cover. I said I don't buy from cold callers she said she wasn't cold calling as she wasn't selling anything. After about 10 minutes of her trying to get information from me she said the call was being recorded. I asked for what purpose and said I didn't give my permission to be recorded. She said she didn't have to get my permission or tell me. She was so rude it was obvious it was a scam. I hope I wadted her time as much as she wastes other people's.

Calling about life insurance, ignore

These scammers have tried it on with me before so I was prepared - trying to flog life assurance, said I did not need, she quizzed me about funeral arrangements and what would happen to my body. Said I did not give a damn - I would be dead, what would it matter to me. She rang me back, very rude and I suspect to pick an argument, told her to get a proper job. Beware of these creeps, trust no one.

Called saying that she works alongside life insurance companies and then proceeded to list a few of them before asking me which one I was with so that she can compare covers. I asked which company she was with, she said 'Compare my Cover' or something like that, it was very noisy in the background. I asked how she got my number and she said from my insurance company so I asked which insurance company she works for and she said she works with all of them. I asked if she was vishing, she said no, she wants to help me make sure I am on the right cover, but then she hung up. I hope she doesn't try to call again because she will find her number is blocked.

A lady called me this afternoon and said about life insurance. As i have a similar experience in past i just asked few simple questions. like .. what's my full name? how old am I? then she got confused and tried to cheat me by asking the same questions from me. i said you're proper scammer are you?? then she put the phone down . 😂

asked for a susan (i am not a women, i am a adult guy and not named susan or even close) asked about health insurance, said i lived in scotland where we get free healthcare (THANK YOU NHS AND GOVERMENT) then went and said we work with the royal hospital (didnt say a name) along with several others, asked me again if this was susan (seriously wtf) then went and asked for my name i basically laughed slightly and went and said you called me you should know this and then hanged up on me!!!!!!!!!!!! :O like wtf, i would put this under a UIC (Unintelligible Indian Caller)

Called but did not pick up - looks very strange

Yes I got someone asking for my daughter. I was in car (hands free) and it was hard to hear but when i asked him what company he was calling from as i suspected a scam he asked me why I was shouting at him. I told him I was in car (to explain that i hadn't meant to shout) at which point he hung up! Saved me the trouble lol!

rang 31/05/2022 at 2.15 pm, didn't leave message, number doesn't exist? so wary. blocked reported scam.

Life insurance review apparently working alongside Aviva etc etc......told them I didn't need a review thanks nor did I want anything they were selling.......🙄 ....asked me the reason for taking out life insurance.... Duh!!!!!

Had a nice catch up with Kevin which surely wasn't his real name based on his accent but I could be wrong. Talked about life insurance. He laughed when I said I didn't want a funeral but wanted to be thrown in a ditch. I hung up when he put me through to another less friendly sounding man who probably wouldn't have put up with my bullshit.
