01428 444009 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

Called me twice - I answered but said nothing. A male voice then called me a 'Mother F*ck£r' and ended call

Called from Phone House Company. Indian chap - trying to sell a phone contract

SCAM On the phone , said that they are from EE. Proposed a phonedeal. I pretended to be interested. They asked my name, address to which I gave a fake name and random postcode, they then asked me if I was the owner or if I rent out the property. I asked them how they were ever successful in scamming people apart from the elderly or people who don't have the mental capacity to understand that it's a scam. They put the phone down.

I had a missed calls today 11:04 am from this number 01428 444009, 19 times while I was work. Desparate to get through me but left no messages. Blocked it.

Said they were calling from M T A Solicitors. Asked me if I’d been involved in a car accident (a minor bump?) within the last 2 years, said they could deal with my claim… when I asked where they got my details from he said it was on the “(OP?) claims portal”. I said it sounded like a scam and asked where I could check his details - he said to check on their website MTA (MPA?) solicitors.

Didn’t answer, reported as spam and blocked.

Claims to be from Carphone Warehouse, but this is an Indian call centre using a UK geographic number to conceal their identity. They seem to be selling mobile services and try to get you to give them your name and mobile phone details. Block this number.

Just phoned and told me they were from Currys PC World and I had placed an order and it couldn't be delivered until I confirmed all my details including payment method. SCAM, as I haven't placed an order with Currys PC World!

Said to be calling me from Carphone Warehouse. They call me several times a week. They don't know my name or the number they called me on!

Claimed to be from a company called Urdu (?) about a monthly bill. Obvious scam.
