Offered me a discount from £100pm to £60pm with Sky. Sounded too good to be true. Gave them a different email address to my Sky account and they didn't bat an eyelid. Was then "passed" on to a "manager" who was just another person sat beside them and they mentioned about sending a hard copy to my address next day. They then asked me for my address which I did not provide so ended the call then.
