The female called Emma or Imar, gave my name for me to confirm, then said that she was from No 1Home Emergency and that my premium for covering household appliances was going down. I have never heard of that company and therefore certainly don't pay any premiums to that company. When I asked her to confirm her name and company name she hung up.
