Company called go direct, named me directly but then asked about a car crash which never happened. Not sure where they are getting the details, name etc

"godirect" who apparently wanted to discuss a claim for car damages in an accident - Asked who gave them my contact details: said they work alongside UK insurers to discuss car insurance claims for damages.
