A woman tried to get me to accept an emergency alarm to wear on myself. She claimed they are sent to everyone over 60 and living alone. There would have been a monthly fee of £29.99. I declined. No idea whether the company (I missed the name, if it was mentioned. I think she said it was some medical company or organisation).
