I didn't answer the call but checked out the number. Other people on here have mentioned Lamona appliances and guarantees, I do have a Lamona oven and recently received an email telling me my guarantee was due for renewal. I have no intention of answering but the call does seem genuine.
I’ve ignored the call twice but in reflection I am awaiting contact about a tumble dryer recall for safety on my lamona dryer
Knew all my personal details and email address. Offered to provide warranty on my fridge/freezer at £1+ per week as the manufacturers warranty has just come to an end.
Rang elderly father ( age 89) insisting he had 3 Lemona Howden’s product warranties that he was calling about - they have none. He never mentioned Specifica at all only Lemona Howden’s. When ringing back the number from a different number the message said “ we recently rang you on this number , don’t worry we will call you back” , we held on to then be told it was Specifically and someone would be calling back. Seems like a complete scam… no doubt was going to suggest he extend the warranties
Asked for me by name and then hung up. Blocked as spam
Pacifica, offering extended warranty on household electricals.
I've ticked the 'Telemarketer' as the caller genre, as they answer as 'Pacifica' who are "Pacifica is one of the largest professional appliance repair companies in the UK." They are calling from Glasgow. I recently had a new kitchen fitted and registered the cooker, microwave and hob, for the product guarantees, then was asked about insurance cover, which I declined. I'm guessing this is what the call was about. It's an answerphone that says if you have been called, don't worry about leaving a message or calling back as you will be called again.

Text message claiming to be auth code from Nationwide for Shein purchase of 455
Saying they're calling from EE but clearly not. Offering better 'deals'
They said I'd authorised a Nationwide payment of £455.00. I don't have a nationwide account.
