Pretending to be from o2. Tried to scam via a security code
Literally silence for about five seconds before it just said "goodbye" in a female robotic voice—like the kind banks use. Got a bad feeling so I hung up instantly
Claimed to be from Vodafone but hung up when challenged. Phone number stated from Fort William but clearly person on other end was not from Fort William.
Scam call Indian accent. Claiming to be from sky. They said good morning I’m calling from sky. Said to them “No you’re not from Sky , why would sky be calling from Fort William?” . They immediately hung up. I don’t think these scammers know where they are calling from. I once got a call with an area code that is a very small area where I used to live. They had not even heard of the place that they were “calling “ from!
An indian/Pakistani man called & said he was from 3 mobile. He said it was a courtesy call & am I OK to continue. I asked again. Who are you & why exactly are you calling. He then became very sketchy . I asked again & he hung up the phone. I could hear other people in the backround also calling people.
