Unsolicited call Claimed to be from South West water to my mobile asking for "Mrs Lin" (not anyone I know). Middle aged British man then tried to get my name and postcode. Could not tell me if I had consented to a call to provide feedback. Could not tell me who I was. Had no proof he wasn't a scammer.
