The call was from the ambulance service. I had to make a 999 call for an ambulance. A little later I had a call from this number asking for further information and giving me advice on how to deal with the patient. Good came out of it.

Said it was a GP asking for an "Olivia Bedwell". Read out my number to check. Didn't feel scammy, he was on a speaker phone and did sound authoritive like a GP! 🤣

I received a call this morning on that number from a doctor. I believe the number is for South Western Ambulance Service, which is headquartered in Exeter, which has the STD Code 01392.
