This is just the number that restaurants use to contact you when you've made an order on uber eats, they just called me to let me know a food item isn't available and if i'd like ton replace it.

It’s the restaurant you’ve ordered from via Uber Eats. Standard number used when a restaurant calls an Uber Eats customer. They will call to let you know if something in your order is unavailable etc.
