Got a call claiming to be boots opticians that eye test is overdue and they need me confirm by telling them all my details. Told them I book online and due to increased fraudulent activity in the country I'm not giving any details to them on the phone. They offered to transfer the call to the store itself, to which I declined.
A guy insisted that my eye test was overdue but when I told him I’d book mine online he said he can do it because he has more availability online. Do not give them personal details if your eye test is overdue Boots usually emails/messages

A woman who said she was calling from Boots about my "overdue, very overdue", eye test. Wanted to book me in etc.....My eye test is not needed for another year, told her I would book my own appointment via Boots website, did not give her any details
