Scammers. Written complaints about this number should be sent to the telephone number's ISP which appears to be currently allowing (and profiting from) this fraud: Net-Work Internet Ltd., Technology House, Rhewl, Ruthin Denbighshire, North Wales LL15 1TN. they'll probably say they can't do anything about it though.

Calls pretending to be carphone warehouse or another company. Offers an iPhone 13 pro cheaper than normal. Either gains credit card information or your phone contract details, orders a new phone against your existing contract, has it delivered elsewhere. You then end up paying for a 24month contact for a phone you don't have.
