Called our business to say they were from the power grid and need to change our meter, they knew our meter number. They wanted us to send latest bills etc to see if they owed us money. Sounded very convincing to start with but he “Ryan” keeps calling me to ask if l have looked at the email he has sent to send the latest bills etc. l have blocked them.

Rang claiming to be from National grid and my electricity meter was faulty and needed replacing. Indian accent. He said this was at no cost to us but needed authorisation details so he could book in the meter switch appointment. He hung up when I said I wouldn't provide anything and would research first.

Lady with indian accent rang saying they were from my electricity provider (did get that right) saying my contract ends on june 19th - wrong - I told her my end date had already come and gone and that I'd already renewed a while ago, she said she'd check her records and get back to me. I told her not to bother and that I was pretty sure it was a scam. She said 'ok thank you ma'am goodbye' lol

Was asking to speak to the owner and then kept asking about my “side business” and about my property ! Clearly some bullshit company trying to scam someone , they wouldn’t actually tell me who they were , no company etc , I’ve blocked it but I’m sure I will get more from some other useless scam artist

Indian accent callers, keep calling and saying that we are paying too much for gas and electricity. We asked them several times to stop calling, sometimes they respond with something sassy like "no i will keep phoning". Real annoying waste of time.
