Based on the conversation I think pre-recorded voice lines were playing and I wasn't talking to an actual human. They never confirmed my name and claimed to be from housing and repairs, and that I reported an issue relating to mould or damp. I did report an issue months ago which already had a resolution, so when I asked if they could confirm what this report was about, they just aked if I was still there... The responses kindof made sense in the beginning but when I eventually asked if I was talking to a human, they hung up... no personal information was asked for or given until that point.
