Called me today. For a supposed landline the quality was terrible. Guy with a very thick Indian accent, so thick I couldn't understand him. 100% call centre with a spoof number, 100% scam!

They said they were from my mobile service provider. When asked who that was, they did provide the correct answer (3). They offered a significant reduction in my monthly bill which seemed attractive but when we started to go through the security questions I didn't like the number of questions they were seeking answers to (it was like 5). I was passed to a "supervisor" who was similar to the initial person. I drew the line when they asked for my bank details. I said that if they were truly from my service provider that they would already have those details and I refused to provide the details to them.... they hung up.
they called me and when i answered they hung up straight away
Didn't recognise the number so let it go to voice mail on my mobile. No message left.
The called only said hello.
sounds like a big room with lots of people talking, no one spoke to me.
They said it was virgin media. But when I confirmed my details I was put on hold. After a minute or two call went dead.
No sound or caller when I answered. Assumed spam and blocked
