Called at 4.30am, I assumed spam. I had ordered a fall alarm pendant and returned as it didn't work in my mum's location due to poor mobile signal. It turns out that the pendant must have been activate in transit with Royal Mail which means it must have been squashed to press the button for the required 3 seconds! Anyway, there was no caller id, the lady left a message asking me to call back but gave no details. Having searched the number on here I thought my number may have been passed to another alarm provider, but it was in fact a legitimate response to the pendant. They need to identify themselves better!!!
Have just found out this number is Forest Care as the comment above says. They had my number for a legitimate reason even though I thought it had been removed.
This number has called me twice in the last month, once at 05.30 and once at 03.30. I was too sleepy to answer so don't know what it was about.
Forest care...alarm calls for elderly, not spam reports if a user has a fall
