The caller was female, midlands, and said she was from The Fair Trade Practice, who once dealt with my PPI claim. After asking for my DoB and Post Code as security, she started to say that I could have a claim from the tax paid on my previous award, then asked me to wait a minute, I waited for about 30 seconds and then hung up. I have e-mailed the Fair Trade Practice to confirm the phone number is one of theirs, but no response so far.
