Didn't answer as unrecognised number. Then looked it up and it had negative reviews. My theory is, if it's unrecognised and important, they'd leave a voicemail. So I never answer unknown numbers. Thanks to the people who have answered and highlighted this is a spam number.

They are calling at least once a day . About car accident. I keep asking them to take me off their call sheet but it doesn’t happen. So now just ignoring them and blocking them.
