Obnoxious noise when I answered. Didn’t understand a word he said, whether it was the line or the accent I’m unsure, it wasn’t clear. I asked how can I help you, and he said his name I think, followed by what might be a question. Unsure, but I followed it up with “how can I help you” with a less friendly tone. He then said “ohhhh my god” and hung up. Time wasters.
