This number called me claiming from the health department, asking about booster jabs and if I had one (he had an Indian accent). Went along with it and told him he should know if I've had a booster as he is from the health department. He said f@#k you and hung up. No less than an hour later I was joined in a what's app group from an international number along with another 330 odd people. Lots of admin and messages went off. Blocked and report group. Also blocked this number too!
