The caller says he is Steve our energy adviser and assumes one is the person responsible for making energy efficient decisions and then launches into a tirade about loft and cavity wall insulation. This . "Steve" uses the same patter with us and others we talk too. Initially it is a recording talking because it goes on regardless of anything the person answering his call says. Since it seems all of us around my locality are being called from a Dorking number, suyrely the authorities must know the person involved by now and should and should shut them down. Be careful, this operative calling is out to find more about you probably for more sinister reasons!
