Silent when I answered so hung up and blocked

Answered as I was expecting a call from an unknown number. The lady on the other end said she was doing an energy survey and asked if I was the homeowner. She asked some general (non identifiable) details about loft insulation then started asking for postcode, name etc so that someone local could call me back for an assessment. She wouldn't say what that assessment was for (I assume selling loft insulation), but called off when I wouldn't give my details.

Said they were a energy provider and they were doing some sort of survey bla bla, felt bad but ended up hanging up, pushy and dismissive and kept to what seemed like a script.

Caller hung up as soon as answered.

I don't answer numbers I don't recognise. No voicemail left so can't be important either. Now blocked after reading comments

Caller rang did not leave VM suspected Spam

I let it go to voicemail, no message left, they just hung up, could briefly hear call centre noise in the background.
