This is getting really annoying! Abandoned an online quote form as the costs were prohibitive. Way way too much. A 50% discount wouldn’t even bring it down to an affordable level for us! Specifically said no phone contact but have since had 5 attempted calls. Disrespectful, annoying, unprofessional.
This was Saga. I had several calls and eventually answered. I had to ticked box to receive info only by email. Caller said it was a courtesy call follow up to my online quote. Bullshit it was a sales and marketing call to try and get me to take out the health insurance. I would have expected better from Saga.
I think this will turn out to be Saga
Received a call, didnt answer because number not recognised, rang for a couple of mins then called off without leaving a msg.
Called and hung up without leaving a message.
