3 calls in same day last few digits different 2 x no speaking just noise 3rd time non English speaking lady saying it’s about compensation when I questioned her she said ok mam bye and put the phone down

Called 2 x in 2 days late afternoon. Slow to connect so assume automatic dialling system. Hung up and blocked both times.

Phone rang nobody spoke but could hear voices in the background. Hung up and blocked
Calling about a road traffic accident in the last two years - couldn't tell me which vehicle. Hung up when I challenged
Didn't answer but strangely they left a voice message. It was a call centre but I didn't recognise the language wasn't English.
